Man Sues Doctor For 8 Months Penis Erection

A LORRY driver is suing his doctor after a penis implant left him with an erection for EIGHT MONTHS.
Daniel Metzgar had surgery to insert a three-piece inflatable device into his manhood.
Cylinders were placed inside the shaft, with a fluid reservoir inserted under his stomach wall and a pump put in his scrotum.
But the 44-year-old, from Newark, Delaware, US, was left constantly aroused after something went wrong.
It meant he could not ride his motorbike, get the paper in the morning or go to family parties.
Daniel told a jury: “I could hardly dance, with an erection poking my partner. It’s not something you want to bring out at parties and show to friends.”
Urologist Dr Thomas Desperito denied responsibility, saying Daniel should have known something was wrong when his scrotum swelled to the size of a volleyball following the 2009 op.
Daniel had the device replaced in 2010 after further complications but says he is now “50 per cent smaller” with less feeling.
